We would like to update all ticket holders from our cancelled fixture versus Wakefield Trinity in Round 22 of the Betfred Super League
All match ticket online purchases for the Wakefield game have had their refunds processed, so will arrive in your bank accounts in the next few days.
There has been a technical issue with the system which has led to a delay, so we apologise for this.
Any supporter who has purchased via our ticket office needs to get in touch in person or over the phone (0161 786 1570). They are open until 8pm today and between 10-4pm tomorrow (Friday).
For our valued season ticket holders, we are working on a compensation package. This will include:
- A discounted season ticket for the 2026 season.
- Match ticket vouchers allowing you to bring up to two friends for £1 each for our next home fixture versus Catalans Dragons on Thursday 4th
We are currently finalising the redemption process in collaboration with Ticketmaster and will share details on how to claim these benefits as soon as possible.
We are also aware of issues surrounding our previous away fixture versus Leigh Leopards and Friday night’s clash with Warrington Wolves.
For anyone who was unable to exchange their Leigh match tickets after the last-minute stand change and had to repurchase tickets for the new stand, you are entitled to a refund for your original tickets.
These can be claimed directly from the Salford Community Stadium ticket office by bringing their original ticket and proof of purchase.
Ahead of tomorrow’s game, Warrington have also moved our ticket allocation from North to West Standing.
If you have purchased tickets for Warrington for North stand please exchange your tickets, at the Salford Community Stadium ticket office, to West Stand tickets.
We’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of our fans for your patience and continued support during this challenging time. Your loyalty means everything to us.
