We can confirm Wakefield Trinity have been awarded a 48-0 victory following the cancellation of last Sunday’s Betfred Super League Round 23 fixture.
This is in line with Operational Rule B1:23, taking into account the circumstances behind the cancellation of the fixture, and the advanced stage of the Super League season.
The Club, in consultation with the Rugby Football League, RL Commercial and Rugby League Cares, reluctantly decided to cancel last Sunday’s scheduled fixture due to significant concerns regarding player welfare.
