Salford Red Devils can confirm the departure of Nathan Connell, who will join Widnes Vikings ahead of the 2026 season.
💬 Speaking on his departure, Nathan said:
I want to say a big thank you to the coaches and staff for giving me this opportunity to live my childhood dream.
Despite the year we had, I’m glad I was able to play alongside the lads I did. I’ve made friends and memories for life and wish them all the best for their future.
To the fans, thank you for continuing to make it special to pull on the Salford shirt and play in front you of you despite the difficult circumstances. I’ll always be grateful for my time at Salford.
