To launch their fundraiser, staff and volunteers at the Salford Red Devils Foundation will be taking part in a walk across the city on Sunday, June 8th.
The route will include each of our four partner community clubs in the City of Salford; the site of the club’s old stadium, The Willows; and our current home, The Salford Community Stadium.
Our Foundation raise aspirations and inspire potential in all, improving the life chances of people in our communities. The Foundation delivers programmes in schools, community clubs and groups across Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire.
All of the money raised will go to support the charity’s projects to achieve our vision of empowering better lives through Rugby League.
- A £5 donation will pay for breakfast for a participant at one of our programmes to combat social isolation.
- A £15 donation will allow a child to attend one of our holiday sessions
- A £25 donation will allow us to deliver a physical activity session within our community
- A £50 donation will pay for participants to attend a Learning Disability and Physical Disability rugby session.
