MAY TRY OF THE MONTH NOMINEES REVEALED

It’s time to select your May Try of the Month!

A trip to St James’ Park was first up for Paul Rowley’s side across a stretch of four games last month, taking on Hull KR at Magic Weekend.

Two away games in Yorkshire followed, where despite some valiant effort on the field, they ultimately ended in disappointing defeats against Castleford Tigers and Wakefield Trinity.

Returning home for the only time last month, reigning champions, Wigan Warriors were in town for a fixture supporting the incredible work by Salford Youth Zone.

Despite distance on the scoreboard, the effort, once again, from a depleted Devils was admirable and reflected in the celebration for Nathan Connell’s try – a first in senior rugby for the youngster.
