It’s time to select your June Women’s Try of the Month!
It was a month that saw Mike Grady’s side resume their Championship campaign after a few weeks off, with four big games to get stuck into in their quest for playoff rugby.
On a results front, the girls will look back on one win and three defeats as a disappointing return, but in terms of performance, they’ll be encouraged by the fact there are still so many levels they can reach before the end of the season.
A 20-14 win over Hull FC will certainly be the standout, but without errors costing the team in the first-half of their last outing against the London Broncos, the second-half score of 6 apiece shows they can certainly compete with the best.
