Salford Red Devils have launched a new digital ticketing system, in partnership with Ticketmaster.
Red Devils supporters will now be able to purchase and display tickets directly from their smartphones, removing the need to queue at the The Salford Stadium ticket office, or store physical tickets.
Salford Red Devils Director Paul King said: “We’re pleased to be launching digital tickets for all our matches at the The Salford Stadium.
“This makes buying and using tickets more safe and straightforward than ever before.
“We have partnered with Ticketmaster to do this, giving supporters peace of mind that the system allowing them to receive tickets straight to their mobile, is being powered by a ticket agent they know and trust.
“We’re committed to ensuring we continue to improve the matchday experience for both home and away supporters.
“There’s been really exciting action both on and off the field in 2019 and with some of our biggest themed games set to run alongside an enthralling climax to the Super League season, fans are sure to be entertained even more.”
Salford join other elite-level sports clubs, including Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal and Bath, as users of the digital ticketing system.
Anyone attending Salford Red Devils matches at the The Salford Stadium can now receive their tickets directly to their devices, send tickets securely to friends and family – and even enter the venue separately.
In order to receive a digital match ticket you can either request at the point of purchase when directly contacting the ticket office, or select digital ticket as your delivery option when purchasing online.
Once you have received a confirmation email, you will then be presented with the option to add your digital ticket to your Apple or Google wallet.
You can also have your season ticket sent to your mobile device by emailing: ticketoffice@ajbellstadium.co.uk with your name, client reference number and the email address you would like the digital season ticket to be sent to.
